At Hunkemöller, being part of both the CRM and digital design teams gave me a full 360° view of the email campaign journey—from shaping the initial concept and storyline to designing and building the final product from sliced assets.

My designs reflect a seamless blend of minimalist chic and contemporary trends, tailored for each storyline. It’s something I loved creating from concept to finalized digital asset.

Email Design
First email I created in Figma

During the process of creating the first email on Figma, I had to learn how to add email blocks and the correct promotional lockup from the communication layer.

Because Hunkemoller is present in 14 countries, each with a different language, the emails needed to be adjusted to fit with the correct translation.

I learnt how to link the master (main component) to the other instances. In this way, the emails were all connected to the right language.

My favourite email

This email holds a special place in my heart as I was able to get more creative and create a gif in the B2 part of the email.

I did it in Photoshop in frames, exported it and sliced the email seperately so that the CRM team would be able to incorporate it in the email buuilding platform. The rest of the email was created in Figma for a seamless integration of the lockup for each of the countries.

Bridal Sketches Email

The Bridal Sketches email was created for the Hunkemoller bridal collection in May 2025. The email required 3 blocks on Figma, each with their different design.

The illustrations are added as an image, and were provided in the brief from CRM. This is also the first email design I adapted for the newy email building platform Bloomreach.

Until this, emails were created and configurated for Engage Sellingent. Small design adjustements were needed, such as choosing the right colors and creating image collages with transparent background for Bloomreach.

Classic promotional email

The ELLE Smart Shopping email required a different approach as the B2 section is intended only for product categories. I leant how to include this templated block in Figma and slice all the categories at the same size.
