During my CRM internship, I created email storytelling by selecting visuals and shaping the overall look and feel of the creative concept.
I was the most proud of the New Year email which went live on the 31st of December 2024 as I had the opportunity to come up with the creative concept and write the copy and headers for it. You can see it in the image on the right.
